Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. appearing for the State.
Petitioner is an accused in connection with Piparwar P.S. Case No. 34 of 2017.
It appears from the allegation that the son of the informant was murdered. The petitioner appears to have self-confessed before the police about the said murder. Eight prosecution witnesses have been examined but none of them has taken the petitioner’s name. So far as criminal antecedent of the petitioner is concerned, it has been stated that in some cases he has been granted bail. The petitioner is in custody since 3.10.2018.
Regard being had to the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Chatra in connection with Piparwar P.S. Case No. 34 of 2017, on the condition that he will remain physically present before the trial court on each and every date till conclusion of trial.
