Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. appearing for the State.
Petitioners are accused in connection with Gumla P.S. Case No. 227 of 2018.
It appears from the allegation that from the possession of petitioner no. 1, five live cartridges were recovered, whereas from petitioner no. 2, one loaded semi automatic pistol along with two cartridges was recovered. The petitioners are in custody since 7.8.2018.
Regard being had to the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, both the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gumla in connection with Gumla P.S. Case No. 227 of 2018.
