Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. appearing for the State.
Petitioner is an accused in connection with Deori P.S. Case No. 165 of 2018.
It appears from the allegation that several motorcycles were stolen away and the same were recovered from the house of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 23.10.2018.
Regard being had to the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Giridih in connection with Deori P.S. Case No. 165 of 2018, on the condition that he will remain physically present before the trial court on each and every date till conclusion of trial.
