Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Patratu P.S. Case No. 119 of 2019.
It appears from the allegation that petitioner on being released from jail was interrogated who disclosed about the arms kept concealed and on such disclosure two country made pistol and cartridges were recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 21.05.2019.
Regard being had to the period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ramgarh, in connection with Patratu P.S. Case No. 119 of 2019.
