2/21.10.2019 Heard Mr. A. K. Choudhary, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr. Srijendra Prasad, learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners are accused in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 56 of 2019.

It has been alleged that several calls on mobiles were made by petitioner no. 2 and from his possession mobile phone, debit card etc. were recovered. Petitioner no. 3 was also apprehended with similar articles and so far as petitioner no. 1 is concerned, mobile and sim cards were recovered from him.

It has been stated by learned counsel for the petitioners that none of the petitioners have any criminal antecedents and they are in custody since 04.08.2019.

Regard being had to the above, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/(Ten Thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Deoghar in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P. S. Case No. 56 of 2019, subject the condition that the petitioners shall appear before the trial court on each and every date till the conclusion of trial and one of the bailors should be a close relative of the petitioners.
