The petitioner is an accused in connection with Chanho P.S. Case No. 72 of 2019.

It has been alleged that the petitioner has snatched the mobile of the petitioner and has also assaulted her. Further, it has been alleged that the petitioner used to sexually exploit the informant. The statement of the informant was recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. in which she has stated that the petitioner used to sexually exploit her since 2013 and on becoming pregnant, the same was aborted. She has stated that later on she came to know that the petitioner is already married. It appears that the petitioner was a consenting party and had never raised any objection on the advances made by the petitioner for a number of years. The petitioner is in custody since 30.05.2019.

Regard being had to the above, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1^st class, Ranchi in connection with Chanho P. S. Case No. 72 of 2019.
