Petitioner is an accused in connection with Kunda P.S. Case No. 04 of 2019.
It has been alleged that the petitioner was involved in cultivation of opium plants. Apprehended accused Arjun Ganjhu had disclosed about the petitioner. The petitioner appears to be in custody since 27.07.2019.
Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Chatra in connection with Kunda P.S. Case No. 04 of 2019.
