Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned APP appearing for the State.
Petitioner is an accused in connection with Chas (M) P.S. Case No. 68 of 2019, pending before the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Bokaro.
It has been alleged that Sariya rod weighing 41.740 M.T. was sold by the driver elsewhere.
The petitioner appears to be the driver of truck bearing registration No. RJ-32GA-7497. It further appears that the truck was recovered along with the loaded material. The petitioner appears to be in custody since 31.07.2019.
Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Bokaro in connection with Chas (M) P.S. Case No. 68 of 2019.
