Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned APP appearing for the State.
Petitioner is an accused in connection with Borio (J) P.S. Case No. 218 of 2018 (G.R. No. 553 of 2018), pending before the Court of learned SDJM, Sahibganj.
It has been alleged that the petitioner had shot at the informant which hit his hand and when the owner of the shop came out he was also shot at which resulted in his death.
There being direction allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The prayer for bail made by the petitioner is hereby rejected.
