Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned APP appearing for the State.
Petitioner is an accused in connection with Pindrajora P.S. Case No. 31 of 2019.
It has been alleged that the informant was introduced to one Laden Ansari who had subsequently committed rape upon the informant. It has further been alleged that several times physical relationship was established.
In the statement of the informant recorded u/s 164 Cr.P.C., she has stated about Laden Ansari. So far as the petitioner is concerned she is said to have facilitated the introduction of the informant to Laden Ansari. The victim has further stated that she likes Laden Ansari. The petitioner is in custody since 12.09.2019.
Regard being had to the fact that the petitioner had merely acted as a conduit with respect to the introduction between the victim and the said Laden Ansari, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-Icum Special Judge, Bokaro in connection with Pindrajora P.S. Case No. 31 of 2019.
