Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned APP appearing for the State.
Petitioners are accused in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 04 of 2018 (NCB Crime No. 08/NCB/Ranchi/2018).
It has been alleged that the petitioners were apprehended from the tuck and from the said truck 404 Kg. of Ganja was recovered. Petitioner No. 1 is the driver of the said truck and the petitioner No. 2 is the Khalasi. The petitioners are in custody since 22.06.2018.
Regard being had to the period undergone by the petitioners, they are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Bokaro in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 04 of 2018 (NCB Crime No. 08/NCB/Ranchi/2018).
