Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the State.
The petitioner is an accused in connection with Sakchi P.S. Case No. 20 of 2013 (G.R. No. 192 of 2013).
It has been alleged that the informant was the partner of the petitioner in the company Easyway Cabz. In the company informant had invested Rs. 5,00,000/-. Subsequently, the informant could know that the petitioner is a fraud who always took money from the market through his employees. It appears that the informant is in partnership business with the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 30.03.2019.
Regard being had to above, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Jamshedpur in connection with Sakchi P.S. Case No. 20 of 2013 (G.R. No. 192 of 2013).
