5/07.11.2019 Heard Mr. Jay Prakash Pandey, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Ravi Prakash, learned Special P.P. for the State.
The petitioner is an accused in connection with Jarmundi P.S. Case No. 15 of 2019.
It has been alleged that four persons suspected to be involved in cyber crime have been apprehended who have disclosed about the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 10.06.2019.
Regard being had to the above, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Dumka in connection with Jarmundi P. S. Case No. 15 of 2019, subject to the condition that he shall physically present before the trial court on each and every date till the conclusion of trial.
