Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the State.
The petitioner is an accused in connection with Giridih (M) P.S. Case No. 22 of 2019 (G.R. Case No. 264 of 2019).
It has been alleged that extortion money was demanded by the petitioner from the informant. The mobile phone from which the call for extortion was made belongs to the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 30.01.2019.
Regard being had to the above, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Giridih in connection with Giridih (M) P.S. Case No. 22 of 2019 (G.R. Case No. 264 of 2019).
