Petitioners are accused for allegedly committing the offence punishable under Sections 17, 18, 21 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, in connection with Chandwa Police Station Case No.65 of 2017 corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No. 18 of 2017, pending in the Court of learned Principal Session Judge/Special Judge, Latehar.

It is stated that from the possession of these petitioners alleged brown sugar was recovered.

Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has produced before this Court the FSL Report received from the State Forensic Science Laboratory. The said report be tagged with the records of these bail applications.

After going through the FSL Report, I find that the experts, after chemical examination, have found the content to be Potash alum, which is commonly known as Fitkari.

In view of the aforesaid facts, petitioner in B.A. No. 7640 of

2017, namely, Vijay Virendra Kumar, petitioner in B.A. No. 8363 of 2017, namely, Abul Ansari, and petitioner in B.A. No.341 of 2018, namely, Vijay Mahto @ Bijay Mahto, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Principal Session Judge/Special Judge, Latehar in connection with Chandwa Police Station Case No. 65 of 2017 corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No.18 of 2017.
