Heard the learned counsel for the parties. Learned A.P.P opposes the prayer for bail.

The petitioners are accused for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that these petitioners along with one Amit Kumar Raut have cheated the informant as they have taken Rs.30,000/- from him.

The FIR suggests that the money was given to one Amit Kumar Raut and not to these petitioners.

Since the money has not been paid to the petitioners rather, it has been given to one Amit Kumar Raut, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners, namely, Gopi Nath Pradhan ( petitioner of B.A. No. 1337/2008) and Ritesh Pradhan (petitioner of B.A. No. 826 of 2018) are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saraikela at Kharsawan, in connection with Adityapur P.S. Case No. 282/2017, corresponding to G.R. No. 997 of 2017.
