Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
Petitioner is an accused for allegedly committing the offence punishable under Sections 366A, 372 of the Indian Penal Code, in connection with Patan Police Station Case No.113 of 2017, corresponding to G.R. No.2482 of 2017, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Palamau at Daltonganj.
It is alleged that the petitioner has taken the victim girl to
Delhi.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that chargesheet has been submitted in this case under Section 372 of the Indian Penal Code and cognizance has also been taken under the said Section. He further submits that the victim girl has returned and her statement has also been recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
Taking into consideration that the petitioner is a lady and the victim girl has also been recovered, petitioner, namely, Maina Devi, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palamau at Daltonganj in connection with Patan Police Station Case No.113 of 2017 corresponding to G.R. No.2482 of 2017.
