The petitioners are accused for allegedly committing an offence punishable under Sections 392, 395, 412 IPC in connection with Simariya Police Station Case No. 102 of 2017 (G.R. No.1222 of 2017), pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra.

Some unknown persons looted the informant.

It is alleged that petitioners were arrested and mobile and laptop were recovered.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that mobile and laptop were not recovered from the possession of these petitioners rather said materials were recovered from the possession of one Sonu Kumar Bhokta @ Sonu Ganjhu. He lastly submits that petitioners are in custody since 16.10.2017.

Taking into consideration the period of custody and the fact that mobile and laptop were not recovered from the possession of these petitioners, I am inclined to allow this application. Accordingly, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra in connection with Simariya Police Station Case No. 102 of 2017 (G.R. No.1222 of 2017)
