The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Burmu P.S. Case No.55 of 2014, corresponding to G.R. No.6243 of 2014, for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 324, 506, 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
There is allegation against the accused persons to have assaulted and injured the informant and his family members. The informant subsequently died.
Though the petitioner is named in the F.I.R., but there is specific allegation of assault against the other co-accused.
In the facts of this case, I am inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, Buddin Ansari, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.B. Sharma, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi, or his successor, in connection with, Burmu P.S. Case No.55 of 2014, corresponding to G.R. No.6243 of 2014.
