The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kurdeg P.S. Case No.42 of 2013, corresponding to G.R. No.592 of 2013, S.T. No. 100 of 2015, for the offence under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
The F.I.R. shows that the petitioner was not apprehended at the spot, rather he is named by the apprehended co-accused.
In the facts of this case, I am inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, Saket Dhanwar @ Shubham, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Simdega, in connection with, Kurdeg P.S. Case No.42 of 2013, corresponding to G.R. No.592 of 2013, S.T. No. 100 of 2015.
