02/03.07.2014 Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the documents on record.
The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the applicant has been made an accused in connection with Adityapur P.S. Case No. 94 of 2013 corresponding to G.R. No. 426 of 2013 registered under Sections 498A/323/504/506/420 of the Indian Penal Code.
The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that though the complainant was allegedly thrown out of the applicant's house in February, 2008, a complaint case was filed only in the year, 2012. The complainant claims herself to be the legally wedded wife of the applicant whereas, the applicant has denied the same. The applicant is in judicial custody since 01.02.2014 and charge-sheet has already been submitted in the present case.
The learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for grant of bail.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the applicant namely, Sonu@ Aurangjeb is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M at Seraikella in connection with Adityapur P.S. Case No. 94 of 2013 corresponding to G.R.No. 426 of 2013.
