02/02.07.2014 Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the documents on record.

The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the applicant is apprehending his arrest in connection with Pakuria P.S. Case No. 81 of 2013 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1333 of 2013 registered under Sections 341, 323, 452, 380, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the applicant is an old and ailing lady aged more than 62 years and only to take revenge upon her family, entire family has been implicated in the case. He further submits that the present criminal proceeding has been initiated due to land dispute between the parties.

The learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for grant of anticipatory

bail.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest of the applicant namely, Azman Bibi or if she surrender before the trial court within a period of four weeks from today, she would be released on bail on furnishing a bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ramesh Chandra, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class at Pakur or his successor in
