Heard Mr. A. Dalbong, learned counsel for the petitioners.
This contempt petition has been filed, alleging violation of this Court’s order, dated 09.11.2021, passed in WP(c)366(AP)2021, whereby, as an interim measure, the Court had directed the respondent authorities to treat the petitioners, herein, as contingency workers.
Mr. Dalbong, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that the petitioners continue to work as contingency workers in the Department of Education, Government of Arunachal Pradesh.
In view of the submission as made above by Mr. Dalbong, learned counsel for the petitioners; it appears that no violation has been made by the respondent authorities in terms of the Court’s order, dated 09.11.2021, passed in WP(c)366(AP)2021.
In that view of the matter, the contempt petition stands closed and accordingly disposed of.
