Learned Counsel for the appellants, Mr. Anup Mukhopadhyay, submits that in compliance with the order dated 05.03.2025, the matter has been settled between the parties and payment has been made to the respondent Bank.
Learned Counsel for the respondent Bank conceded to the same and submits that appellants have made their due payment to the Bank and matter has been settled.
Learned Counsel for the appellants makes an endorsement for withdrawal of the appeal.
Accordingly, since the matter is settled between the parties, appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
Needless to observe that the respondent Bank should return the documents to the appellants within two weeks from date.
Let a copy of this order be forwarded to the concerned Debt Recovery Tribunal.
Copy of the order be supplied to the appellants and the respondents.
