No.(ii), Ld. Advocate submits that the case number,OA/521/2018 as mentioned in the certified copy of the impugned order is inadvertent mistake, on the part of DRT-1, Hyderabad and in which the petitioner has no part to play. Hence OA/521/2018 may be read as SA/521/2018. In respect of another remaining defectat Sl. No. (iv), Ld. Advocate prays for time till 27/02/2023 to file waiver petition.
