It is found from record that the waiver application along with a forwarding letter dated 22/02/2023 has been received on 28/02/2023 by post from Ld. Advocate, Mr. SaroshBastawala on behalf of appellant. It is observed that the waiver application is filed by fixingadhesive stamps of Rs.100/- instead of Demand Draft or IPO or online payment through Bharatkosh towards court fee. Also the application is not filed through online as per the new notification.
Ld. Advocate for appellant is directed to file the waiver application through online (i.e. e-drt module) including proper requisite fee of Rs.200/-.
Post the matter on 23/03/2023 for filing waiver application to remove remaining defect.
