Ld. Advocate, Mr. Samrat Mukherjee is present for appellant and removes the remaining defect at Sl.No. (i) as mentioned in order dated 01/02/2023. In regard to another defect at Sl.No. (iv)of the order, Ld. Advocatefor appellant submits that they have already applied for certified copy of the impugned order on 21/02/2023 and will be placed as soon asit is received by them. Hence Ld. Advocate for appellant prays to place the matter before the Hon’ble Chairperson.
Defects at Sl.no.(ii)&(iii) of the order dated 01/02/2023 are already removed by the Ld. Advocate for appellant on 14/02/2023.
None appears for respondents.
The matter may be placed before Hon’ble Chairperson on 28/02/2023 for admission.
