Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he has deposited a demand draft no. 637737 dated 25.05.2022 for Rs. 7.70 lacs towards pre-deposit for maintaining the appeal.
The amount deposited by the appellant be kept in the form of FDR in nationalized Bank for a period of six months in auto renewal scheme.
Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank has filed his objection to the main appeal, which is taken on record.
Learned counsel for the appellant prays for and is granted four weeks’ time to file rejoinder. Let the same be filed by the next date.
