Learned counsel for the appellants deposits two demand drafts bearing no. 637818 dated 04.02.2023 for Rs. 7.70 lacs and No. 637819 dated 04.02.2023 for Rs. 7.70 lacs, total Rs. 15.40 lacs, which may be kept in the form of FDR in the Nationalized Bank for a period of one year in auto renewal scheme.

The I.A. No. 692/2022, I.A. No. 741/2022 and I.A. No. 78/2023 are allowed and the appellant is exempted for filing certified copies of the documents as prayed for and the copies of the documents downloaded from the website of the DRT are sufficient.

The I.A. No. 102/2023 stands disposed off as the compliance of order dated 30.01.2023 has been made.

The I.A. No. 280/2022 is also disposed off as the appellant has already been directed vide order dated 30.01.2023 to move an application before the respondent-Bank for supply of the documents as stated in the said application.

The I.A. No. 77/2023 is filed by the appellant for correction/modification in the order dated 18.01.2023 and 02.01.2023. On perusal of those orders, it reflects that the correction/modification is not required, because the same will not affect merits of the case.

Learned counsel for the appellant contends that the complete statement of account and loan sanction letter have not been provided by the Bank inspite of request made by him.
