The respondent-bank has already filed objection. If the respondent nos. 2 & 3 do not appear and file reply by the next date, their right to file reply shall stands closed.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the predeposit has been made and he seeks time to file rejoinder. Let the same be filed by the next date.
