The present appeal has been filed under section 20 of the RDB Act against the final order dated 13.10.2022 passed by the DRT, Patna in Appeal No. 07/2018.
The report of the Registrar dated 04.11.2022 shows that the I.A. No. 530/2022 being urgency application and I.A. No. 531/2022 being waiver application are pending.
Since the matter has been taken up, therefore, the I.A. No. 530/2022 has become infructuous and is disposed off as such.
The said report further reveals that the amount due as determined by the DRT, Patna in O.A. no. 15/2013 is Rs. 46,78,039/- and the Bank has auctioned the property for Rs. 1,57,65,000/-.
Let the notices be issued to the respondents on waiver by two modes i.e. Registered Post with A.D. and Speed Post. Steps to be taken by the appellant within a week. Affidavit of service along with tracking report be filed by the next date.
