. This petition is filed by one Mr. A. Dasgupta who
appears in person. However, he is not present when the matter was called out. We have gone through the papers in the matter and we find that the complaint of the petitioner pertains to the encroachment / hutmentdwellers on roads and pavements in Mumbai including of P.D'Mello Road and Rafi Ahmed Kidwai Road. We find that this issue has already been dealt with by this Court from time to time and in Suo Moto Public Interest Litigation No. 86 of 2006 which petition is disposed of on 25th June, 2008. In view thereof, we are not inclined to entertain the present PIL. The Public Interest Litigation is, therefore, dismissed.
