This Petition primarily related to the reliefs prayed for in relation to the bandh which was imposed on 16th /17th April 2007. Hardly anything survives in this Petition. However, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the State submits that they will examine the entire matter for future purposes and ensure that no public inconvenience is caused. In view of the above, nothing survives in the present Public Interest Litigation and the same is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
