 1. The petitioners who are personally present in
 Court through their Advocate seeks leave to
 unconditionally withdraw the petition. Leave
 granted. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

 2. This Court had earlier by its order directed
 the petitioners to pay cost of Rs.10,000/- each to
 the respondents. The Counsel for the respondents
 states that they have no objection if the said
 costs are paid to Maharashtra Legal Aid Service

 Authorities. The petitioners undertake to pay the
 said costs aggregating to Rs.20,000/- within a
 period of four weeks from today. On such costs
 being deposited the same be credited to the account
 of Maharashtra Legal Aid Service Authorities.

 3. In view of withdrawal of the writ petition
 Civil Application No.24 of 2007 does not survive
 and hence rejected.
