1. The present writ petition (public interest
litigation) is filed by the petitioner seeking writ
in the nature of direction against respondent nos.
1 and 2 directing them not to act in lack of
jurisdiction or abuse of jurisdiction or in the
alternative directing them to act within the
framework of the constitution. On going through
the pleadings and prayers, we find that before
issuing notice to the respondents the petitioner
should be put to terms. We, therefore, direct the
petitioner to deposit an amount of Rs.50,000/-
(Rupees fifty thousand) within eight weeks from
today. On failure to deposit the amount within

stipulated period, petition to stand dismissed
without further reference to Court.
