petitioner being given notice. In our view, the
petitioner has an alternative remedy to approach
the office of the Charity Commissioner with the
grievances raised inthe petition. Therefore, we
dismiss the petition with liberty to the petitioner
to prosecute the alternative remedy if he wants
redressal of his grievances made in the petition.
2. Petition is dismissed with liberty as above.
