. We have gone through the affidavit in reply
filed by the Commissioner of Respondent No.2. We are
satisfied with the action taken in the matter. We hope
that in future the respondents would adhere to the
requirements of law before erecting any structure for
their use. This Court has made similar observations in
an earlier petition relating to a project which was
undertaken by the Ministry of Sports and Youth Welfare
for the purpose of commonwealth games to be held in
Pune. Nothing survives in the petition and the same
stands disposed of accordingly.
2. We appreciate the efforts taken by the
petitioners in the matter and the assistance rendered to
us by the learned advocate appearing for the parties in
disposing of the petition.
