ORDER:
- The present Revision is filed against the interlocutoryorder dated 26.04.2013 in I.A.No.112 of 2013 in Appeal No.1 of 2013 passed by the A.P. State Wakf Tribunal at Hyderabad.
- The petitioner was the Respondent No.2 in the Appeal. The appeal is filed challenging the proceedings issued by the Respondent No.l/Wakf Board in F.No.A1/30/KST/88/B3-Z-VI on 04.01.2003 removing the names of the Respondent Nos.1 to 3 from the list of Mutawallies and Shikmidars without following due process of law, which is contrary to Section 64 of the WakfAct,1995.Along with the appeal, the Respondent Nos.1 to 3 filed I.A.No.112of2013 seeking to suspend the proceedings impugned therein. The A.P. Wakf Tribunal on 26.04.2015 granted interim suspension of the proceedings till the date of disposal of the appeal.Questioning the same, the present Civil Revision Petition is filed.
There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending
applications, if any, shall stand closed.
