ORDER:
This Contempt Case has been filed by the Petitioner aggrieved by the non-compliance of the directions dated 06.06.2024 issued by this Court in W.P.No.12197 of 2024.
India, Hyderabad and the Immigration Officer, Protector of Emigrants, Gruha Kalpa Complex, M.G. Road, Nampally, Hyderabad, for cancellation of Look Out notice issued against the Petitioner. The said individuals were communicated the subsequent developments in PRC No. 30 of 2019 on the file of the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kadiri. Consequent thereto, the Bureau of Immigration ( Ministry of Home Affairs), Government of India, had issued a Letter dated 22.07.2024 about deletion of LOC issued against the Petitioner.

Contempt Case has been made out.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
