COMMON ORDER:

These Revisions are filed against the interlocutory orders dated 09.11.2015 passed in I.A.Nos.3891 of 2014 & 614 of 2015 respectively in Trust O.P.No.593 of 2014 by the District Judge, Rajahmundry, East Godavari District. 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by Sri T.V.Jaggi Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner that subsequently a suit was filed by the respondents and the same is pending. He further submits that in view of the subsequent developments, no further orders are required to be passed in these Revisions, but sought liberty to raise legal grounds in the subsequent suit.

Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of, leaving it open to the petitioner to raise all his legal objections in the subsequent suit said to have been filed by the respondents.

There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
