- When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the counsel for the petitioner that the connected C.R.P.No.2138 of 2013 was dismissed, as infructous, on 26.08.2020. In view of the same, no orders are required to be passed in this Revision.
- Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, as infructuous.
There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
