Section 22. Constitution and re-constitution of Zila Panchayat and recovery of expenses of election
22. 1a[(1) The State Government shall arrange for the constitution or reconstitution of the 2[Zila Panchayat] before the expiry of the term of the existing 2[Zila Panchayat], if any, or whenever otherwise required for the purposes of this Act.
