Section 10. Constitution and reconstitution of kshetra Panchayat
10. (1) The State Government shall arrange for the reconstitution of the first 1[Kshettra Panchayat] for every Khand and for the reconstitution thereof 2[before the expiry of its term or when otherwise required for the purposes fo this Act] having regard to the provision of section 6.
