Section 178. Duration of sanction
178. (1) A sanction given or deemed to have been given by the 1[Kshettra Panchayat] under section 176 and 177 shall be available for one year.
(2) After the expiry of the said period the proposed street may not be commenced without sanction under the foregoing sections.
