Section 186. Power to require trimming of hedgers and trees

186. The ¹[Kshettra Panchayat] may, by notice, require the owner or occupier of any land in a controlled rural area to cut or trim the hedges growing thereon and bordering on a street or any branches of trees growing thereon which overhang a street and obstruct the same or cause danger.
