Section 182. Penalty for construction of projection over streets or Drains without permission

182. Any person erecting or re-erecting any such projection or structure as is referred to in section 181 without the permission thereby required or in contravention of any permission given thereunder shall be liable on conviction to a fine which may extend to two hundred and fifty rupees.
