Petition under Niicle 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue any writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondent No.3 in receiving, registering and releasing the Sale Deed presented by the Petitioner in respect of the Semi- Finished Flat No.301 and 401 of"Sai Nilayam" with built up area of 2300.0 Sq. Feet (lncluding Common Area) and one Car Parking area of 80.0 Sq.ft, along with an undivided share of land admeasuring 60.0 Sq.Yards (out of 266.67 Sq.Yards), constructed on Demolished House No 14141A, in Sy.Nos.165, 166, 167,178 and 179, situated at PRAGATHINAGAR of Bachupally Village and Mandal, Nizampet Municipal Corporation, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, on the basis of Memo No.G2125712019 issued by the respondent No.2 and Letter bearing No.45ffPlNMC/2019 dated 0111112019 issued by the 4th respondent, as illegal, arbitrary and one without jurisdiction and to consequently direct the respondent No.3 to receive, register and release the Sale Deed presented by the Petitioner in respect Semi-Finished Flat No.301 and 401 of "Sai Nilayam" with built up area of 2300.0 Sq.
