Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ or writs order or orders more particularly a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in refusing to receive, process, register and release the Sale deed by the petitioner in favour of Pendyala Shanmuka Sai, Vendee with regard to Plot No- 6 to an extent of 200.00 Sq yds, and Plot No. 7 an extent of 200.00 Sq. Yds, total to an extent of 400.00 Sq. Yds or 334.45 Sq.mts in Survey Number 673 corresponding to its revised Survey Number 673/4, Situated at Vishwanathpur Village and Grampanchayath Geesugoods Mandal, Warangal District on the ground that the 2nd respondent had issued the impugned order vide Memo No. G2125712019 Dated 26/0812020 not to register the unauthorised plots that were made after the agriculture land having been converted into non agriculture land, as arbitrary , illegal, without jurisdiction and contrary to the provisions laid down in the Registration Act, 1908 and rn violation of Article 14 of Constitution of lndia and consequently direct the 4th respondent to receive register and release the Sale Deed presented by the petitioner in respect of the above plots total to the extent of 400 Sq. Yds Situated at Vishwanathapur Village to the Pendyala Shanmuka Sai i.e. Vendee without reference to the lmpugned Memo No. G2125712019 Dated 2610812020 in the interest of justice,
