This Court^{passedinterim orderin this writ petition directingthe} respondents^{to receive' process' register and release the subject} document/s.^{However, conditionswere imposed that (a) the} petitioner/^{s is/ are not permittedto withdrawthe writ petition and (b)} registration^{shall be subject to hnal resultof the writ petition'}

(iii) in case, it is {ound.that t}re19 is any violation of law like plots /^lands / structures being sold form part of F.T.L. and BLffer Zone f^plots having less than 3O feet road width access, th. 5;; Registrar shall make an endorsement informing 7 cautlo.ring th. purchasers that risk is jnvolved in purchase oisuch plots; Iuch transactions are hit by relevanf statutory provisions; that registration of the same is subject to outcome of orders of t}re H,on ble Supreme Court in SLp Civil) No.19695 of 2021. To that effect, an endorsement shall be -"d. ort' the reverse side of the first / second page of the document and also in the encumbrance record, website etc.
