Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in refusing to receive, register and release the sale deedspresented by thepetitioner in respect of semi-finished Flat Nos. 301 and 302 in 3rd floor in the Building known as"Maruthi Pride", constructed in Plot No. 79, admeasuring 244.44 Sq.yards in Sy.Nos.233/ 10 233111situated at Nizampet village and Nizampet Municipal Corporation, of Bachupally mandal, Medchal Malkajgiri District, on theground of (i) Memo bearing No.G2125712019 dated 26-08-2020 issued by the 3rd respondent and (ii) letter bearing No.45/TP/NMC/2019 dated 01-1 1-2019 issued by the 4th respondent as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the orderspassed by this Honble court in W.P.No.9248 of 2021 and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to receive, register and release the sale deedspresented by the petitioner in respect of semi --finished Flat Nos. 301 and 302 in 3rd floor in the Building known as"Maruthi Pride", constructed in Plot No. 79, admeasuring 244.44 Sq.yatds in Sy.Nos.233/10 and 2331 11 situated at Nizampet village and Nizampet Municipal Corporation, of Bachupally mandal, Medchal Malkajgiri District, without reference to Memo bearing No.G2l257l2O 19 dated 26-08-2020 issued by the 3rd respondent and letter bearing No.45/TP/NMC/2019 dated 0111-2019 as directed in W.P.No.924B of 2021 .
